Britta Schulz

Britta Schulz is an experienced professional in the maritime industry, currently serving as Services Manager for North & Central Europe at Bureau Veritas Group since October 2018, also holding the role of Marine Customer Center Deputy Manager and previously Marine Center Surveyor. Prior to this, Britta worked at the Institute for Occupational and Maritime Medicine, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf as an Engineer focused on Ship Sanitation and Public Health from September 2016 to September 2018. A Master Student at DNV GL - Maritime Advisory in late 2017 contributed insights with a Master Thesis on the EU MRV regulation. Britta's earlier experience includes serving as Compliance & Environmental Officer at AIDA Cruises from August 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included the implementation of relevant regulations, and as Project Manager at B.&S.U. Consultants from November 2008 to June 2011. In terms of education, Britta holds a Master of Science degree in International Maritime Management from Jade Hochschule and a Diplom-Ingenieur from Hamburg University of Technology.
