Celeste Morrissey has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Celeste started in 2007 as a Marketing Consultant and Freelancer, providing marketing services and project management for various clients across industries. Celeste also worked as a Marketing Consultant for Applied Landscape Design during the same period. In 2011, they became the Marketing Manager for Electrolux Professional in the UK & Ireland. Celeste later worked as the Interim Head of Marketing for Everards and as the Marketing and Communication Officer for Lichfield Cathedral. In 2014, they were a Project Manager at intu and supported clients in achieving crowd funding investment at Runway. Since 2015, they have been working as the Head of Communications & Customer Excellence for Bureau Veritas Group.

Celeste Morrissey attended Bishop Walsh, although the start and end years are unknown. Celeste later enrolled in Sutton Coldfield College of Further Education, where they pursued a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
