Karina Bärg

Karina Bärg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karina currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Three Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance quality management services provider at Bärg&Redmond, where they specialized in automotive quality management and various ISO certifications. Karina also worked as a subcontractor lead auditor at Bureau Veritas Group. At Skeleton Technologies, they served as the Head of Quality Assurance and previously as the Quality Manager. Karina also worked as an Industry Digitalization and Product Development Service Manager at Enterprise Estonia. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Manufacturing Process Developer at Ericsson and Quality Process Improvement Coordinator at Stoneridge, Inc., Electronics & Control Devices. Overall, Karina Bärg has a strong background in quality management and compliance.

Karina Bärg obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Internal Marketing/Marketing from Estonia Entrepreneuship University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Karina also received a vocational education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Elector Utbildning in 2002-2003. In addition, Karina obtained certifications such as VDA 6.3 Process Auditor and VDA 6.3 Product Auditor from the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), and IRCA accredited ISO certifications from Bureau Veritas Estonia. Karina is also a certified trainer in various electrical and electronics maintenance and repair technologies, including IPC-WHMA-A-620, IPC7711/21, and IPC-A-610.
