Magdalena Fiedorczuk

Magdalena Fiedorczuk is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Global Procurement Vice President at Bureau Veritas Group since 2019, Magdalena leads a team of 150 members across 30 countries, managing a €2 billion spend while driving procurement excellence and strategic supplier engagement. Previously, as the Global Procurement Indirect Director at Coveris Group, Magdalena structured the indirect procurement organization and implemented a Zero-Based-Budget Project to enhance EBITDA. With prior roles at IBM, including Global Delivery Procurement Leader and Senior Sourcing Consultant, Magdalena has successfully managed large-scale sourcing projects and led multicultural teams, contributing to significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and completed additional education at HEC Paris.
