Renaud Clausse

Renaud Clausse currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Impactiva within the Bureau Veritas Group, a role initiated in December 2023, focusing on the integration of the recently acquired IMPACTIVA business. Previously, Renaud held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Impactiva from September 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for a global enterprise in the Testing, Inspection and Conformity sector and successfully managing legal and financial due diligence. Renaud's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Chief Financial Officer for South East Asia at bioMerieux, as well as various financial roles at Bureau Veritas from 2003 to 2010, including Senior Internal Auditor and Finance Manager. Renaud began professional career in finance as a Junior Business Controller at Go Sport/Courir. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
