In addition, Tammy is the President of BenchStrength Consulting, focusing on sustainability and strategic advisory services. Previously, Tammy held roles such as In-House Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Genoa Design International Ltd. and Director of Corporate Services & Legal at Seafair Capital. Tammy's early career includes significant positions at the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and Ernst & Young LLP, along with a foundational role as an Associate Lawyer at Stewart McKelvey.
