Emily Tillett

Emily Tillett has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role as Vice President - Litigation Finance at Burford Capital since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Allen & Overy as Counsel from May 2017 to March 2021, and as a Senior Associate from May 2014 to May 2017. Emily was previously an Associate at Gall Solicitors from February 2012 to April 2014, and a Solicitor at Norton Gledhill from 2009 to 2011. Emily began their legal career at MinterEllison as a Solicitor from April 2007 to September 2009.

Emily Tillett attended the University of Otago, where they pursued a degree in Law with Honours along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Diocesan School.
