Hussain Ali has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Hussain started their career at Gulf Bank in 1993, where they served as a Branch Manager for nine years. In 2002, they joined Burgan Bank and held various positions, including Branch Roll Out Project Manager and Manager Branches Operations Development. Hussain was recognized for their superior performance and played a key role in process redesign and documentation. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Manager of Quality Assurance, managing ISO certification and implementing quality systems. In 2012, they became the Head of Client Complaints Unit, and in 2014, they took on the role of Head of Organisation & Methods. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Head of Business Excellence at Burgan Bank.
Hussain Ali earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth. Hussain attended the university from 2011 to 2013.
