Mavis Vaz

Mavis Vaz is a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Burgan Bank, overseeing quality assurance activities and leading a team of over 15 QA professionals since October 2012. Mavis has developed and implemented comprehensive QA strategies, conducted audits for process improvement, and evaluated business requirements to enhance operational performance. Prior to this role, Mavis served as Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Path Solutions from June 2006 to September 2012, gaining expertise in Islamic banking software and product procedures. Mavis's career began at The British School of Kuwait, where Mavis was the Assistant Systems Manager in the IT Department from June 1999 to January 2006. Mavis holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from the Institute of Business Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Vidya Bhavan College of Commerce.
