Theo Heldman

Theo Heldman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, finance, and operations. Currently serving as Chair of the Independent Fund Governance Committee at Burgundy Asset Management since 2019, Theo has also held key roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Risk at WISE Trust, and Chair of the Tax Committee at the Portfolio Management Association of Canada from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Invesco Canada, where Theo advanced through various VP roles focusing on strategy, compliance, fund accounting, and financial engineering. Earlier career achievements at Trimark Financial Corporation involved financial analysis management and innovative costing systems.
