Janet Lopez is an experienced culinary professional specializing in Japanese cuisine, currently serving as the Japanese Specialty Chef at Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort Lake Lucerne since April 2021. Prior roles include Junior Sous Chef at Reif Kushiyaki Restaurant LLC, Sous Chef at Oni Lounge & Restaurant, and Chef De Partie at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Janet has also held various chef positions at renowned establishments such as The Peninsula Hotels and Nobu Hospitality, where expertise in sushi preparation was honed. Janet began culinary training at SKD Academy, earning certificates in Culinary Arts, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Metro Manila College.
