Al Willems

Al Willems is an experienced Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer with a diverse background in engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently, Al serves as a Quality Engineer at Kaysun Corporation since September 2014, where responsibilities include acting as the Quality liaison with customers and managing the non-conformity department. Prior to this role, Al worked at Burger Boat Company in various capacities, including Engineer in Manufacturing and Designer. With earlier engineering positions at Water Right Inc. and WaterCare Corp., Al has developed significant expertise in bridging the gap between engineering and manufacturing processes. Al holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Silver Lake College, earned between 2003 and 2011.
