Matthias Ninnig

Matthias Ninnig has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Matthias is currently the CEO at Burgermeister, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Chef Trainer at REEF from January 2022 to January 2023. Matthias also has a long history with Hard Rock International, where they held various roles including Kitchen Manager from April 2017 to December 2021, Operation Manager from October 2016 to March 2017, Receiver from February 2012 to October 2016, Bartender from August 2008 to January 2012, and completed an apprenticeship as an expert for System Gastronomy from August 2005 to July 2008.

Matthias Ninnig pursued their education in the field of Systemgastronomie at the OSZ Gastgewerbe Brillat-Savarin Schule from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they successfully completed the Fachmann für Systemgastronomie degree program.
