Bethan Penrhyn-Jones

Bethan Penrhyn-Jones is a Senior Associate in the corporate team at Burges Salmon LLP, where Bethan has worked since June 2018, specializing in corporate matters for both domestic and international clients, including equity investments and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2020, Bethan has focused on clean energy projects, advising developers, utilities, investors, and funders. Prior experience includes roles as a Solicitor at Acuity Law and Hugh James, where Bethan worked on corporate and commercial legal matters, and completed training as a Trainee Solicitor with various seats in corporate, banking, and clinical negligence. Bethan holds a LPC from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Laws from Swansea University.
