Leah Davis

Leah Davis currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. since March 2025, and is the owner of Tiny Pines LLC, managing a vacation rental property since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Controller and Assistant Controller at Indio Management from May 2022 to March 2025, where significant contributions included creating custom financial reporting, streamlining policies, and managing a team of property accountants. Leah also held the position of Property Accounting Manager at Hudson Homes from July 2020 to May 2022, overseeing a team and managing accounting controls for single-family home acquisitions. Previous roles include Senior Accountant and GL Accountant positions, where efforts were focused on reconciliation, month-end duties, and maintaining client relationships. Leah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from West Virginia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University.
