Don Monday

Don Monday is an accomplished Principal Architect with extensive experience in architectural design, particularly in food manufacturing and distribution facilities. Currently at Burgess Design, Inc. since April 2017, Don previously served as Architectural Engineering Manager at Nestlé, where expertise in hygienic building design and compliance with Building Code and ADA regulations was demonstrated. Prior roles include Architect and Design Project Manager at Stellar, focusing on food and beverage projects, and Architect at Gibraltar Design, Inc., where significant contributions were made to educational and commercial projects. Don holds a B.S. in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University. Key accomplishments include managing the design for significant expansions and additions to major facilities such as Nestlé USA and Bar-S Foods.
