Eric Ingle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric most recently served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Burgundy Diamond Mines in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for LNG Canada, supporting the development of a major energy project. Eric also served as an Operational Lead Consultant for Anglo American and as a Merger and Acquisition Consultant for Cenovus Energy. Eric held the position of Head of Human Resources (Vice President) at De Beers Canada Inc from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they worked as an Independent Management Consultant at PwC and held multiple roles at Suncor Energy, including Vice President of Human Resources. Eric started their career at Ford Motor Company and Irving Shipbuilding in employee and labor relations positions.
Eric Ingle has a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen's University. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
