Allie Sorlie currently serves as the Associate Director and Lead Educator at Burgundy Center for Wildlife Studies, a position held since June 2023. Additionally, Allie is a Lower School Science Teacher at Burgundy Farm Country Day School since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Instructor at Ecology Project International from May 2022 to February 2023, and as a student at The University of Alabama from August 2020 to June 2022. Allie also worked as the Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Alabama Museum of Natural History from September 2013 to August 2021, and served as a VISTA with AmeriCorps from August 2012 to August 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Elementary Education from The University of Alabama, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Central Florida.
