Mark Carter

Mark has been with Burk Royalty since 2013 and as Vice President of Land is responsible for the land department. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and is a Certified Professional Landman. Before joining Burk, Mark was the Land Manager for a private equity natural gas company in Tyler, Texas, and worked as a contract landman before that for several of the majors in East Texas.
