Vincent Gray

Vincent Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost estimation. Since 1979, Vincent has held the position of Senior Cost Estimator at Burke, Inc., demonstrating a long-term commitment to the field. Prior to this role, Vincent worked as a cost estimator at Burke Marketing Research.
