Erika Trovato

Associate Chief Medical Officer at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital

Erika Trovato has extensive work experience in the medical field. Erika began their career as a Resident Physician at Nassau University Hospital in July 2012 and worked there until June 2013. Erika then moved on to NYU Langone Health, where they served as a Resident Physician from July 2013 to June 2016 and later became a Brain Injury Medicine Fellow from July 2016 to July 2017. Most recently, Erika has been working at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital as the Associate Chief Medical Officer since October 2017.

Erika Trovato completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General at The Catholic University of America from 2001 to 2005. Erika then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at American University from 2006 to 2008. Following this, Erika attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine between 2008 and 2012, where they obtained their Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree in Medicine.
