Stafford Kelly

Stafford Kelly is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Development & Acquisition at Burkely Communities since March 2021, Stafford previously held positions as Executive Vice President at Uwharrie Bank and Vice President of Commercial Banking at both South State Bank and NewBridge Bank. Starting at Park Sterling Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer, Stafford has a strong background in new business development, relationship management, and expertise in commercial real estate and C&I banking. Stafford holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Wofford College and graduated from the North Carolina School of Banking.
