Charles Ashworth

Charles Ashworth has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Charles started their career as a Chief People Officer at Certinia, where they successfully scaled the human resources and corporate real estate teams. Charles then founded Ashworth Advantage Consulting, where they provided HR consulting services to companies in their early growth and turnaround stages. During this time, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Las Trampas. Charles later joined Copper as a Chief People Officer, leading the evolution of the global HR organization. Charles also worked as a Global People and Culture Leader at Fairmatic and as an Advisor at findem. Prior to that, they served as a Business Consultant at TalentValue™. Charles has also been involved in various leadership roles, such as being a Council Member at the Forbes Human Resources Council, a Board Member at Next Concept HR Association, and the Head of People Operations Service Delivery at Burkland. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, building leadership teams, implementing human capital strategies, and driving business transformation.

Charles Ashworth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Christ College Irvine between the years 1984 and 1988. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Leadership Through People Skills from Q4 Psychological Associates, MBTI Certified from CPP, Inc., Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, and The Rocket Model from The Rocket Model™ of Teamwork.
