Gillian Belvini

Gillian Belvini is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry and culinary arts. Currently serving as Pastry Chef and Banquet Sous at Burlingame Country Club Golf since September 2018, Gillian has previously held roles such as Pastry Sous Chef at Mayfield Bakery and Cafe and Sous Chef at Mollie Stone's Markets. Additionally, Gillian has experience as Executive Chef at Early Bird and as a Bartender at Kate O'Briens. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and an Associate of Science in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from City College of San Francisco.
