Michael Ummarino

Michael Ummarino has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Banquet Server at Burlington Country Club since May 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Line Cook at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa, and as Shift Lead at Dunkin Donuts, where responsibilities included managing customer service and operations. Michael has a managerial background from YESTERDAYS RESTAURANT, focusing on social media marketing, customer engagement, and financial management, as well as diverse positions in the restaurant industry, including Bar Back, Bartender, and Host. Earlier experience includes roles in seafood markets and restaurants, which provided foundational culinary skills. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Business Management from the New England Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Game Development from Champlain College.
