Caroline Welch serves as the Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at Rutgers University and holds the position of Occupational Therapist at Burlington County Special Services School District. Since August 2013, Caroline has been an Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Temple University's College of Health Professions and Social Work.
