Miriam Zizza is a dedicated library professional with extensive experience in various library settings. Currently serving as a Library Assistant at Reuben Hoar Library since January 2023, Miriam is responsible for checking materials in and out, answering patron inquiries, and managing miscellaneous fees. Miriam's previous role as a Library Aide at Burlington Public Library since November 2020 involved technical services and circulation tasks, including managing new book orders and utilizing the Symphony system. Prior experience encompasses administrative functions at Valley Green Landscaping Inc., internship experience with Talcott Notch Literary, and a range of library aide roles at Champlain College Library, demonstrating a strong foundation in library operations and customer service. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing from Champlain College, earned in 2015.
