Paula Torontali is a seasoned library and research professional with a diverse background in customer service, research analytics, and program development. Currently serving as a Customer and Programming Associate at Burlington Public Library since September 2021, Paula excels in readers’ advisory, library orientation, and maintaining public spaces. Previously, Paula held roles that included Research Analyst at Diligent, where extensive research supported compliance for multinational clients, and Library Technician with Halton District School Board, delivering technical and administrative support in elementary school libraries. Other roles include Market Research Analyst for the Canadian Autism Society and Information Specialist at TD Bank Group. With a Library Techniques Diploma from Sheridan College, Paula possesses strong research skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to service excellence across various roles in the library and information sectors.
