Andrew J. Purdy

Andrew J. Purdy has extensive work experience in facilities management and real estate. Andrew J. is currently the Vice President, Corporate Facilities at Burlington Stores, Inc. In this role, they oversee a 2.5 million square foot real estate portfolio and manages capital projects.

Prior to their current position, Purdy served as the Executive Director / Global Head of Facilities and Real Estate at Perella Weinberg Partners. During their time there, they led facilities, construction, and real estate operations for 11 offices globally. Andrew J. also initiated the headquarters relocation effort in NYC.

Before Perella Weinberg Partners, Purdy held the position of Vice President/Director of Facilities, Americas at Sotheby's. Andrew J. oversaw facilities for the company's New York headquarters and regional offices in North and South America. Andrew J. played a key role in expanding Sotheby's by opening or relocating offices in various locations.

Purdy has a long history with JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they served as the Vice President / Delaware Regional Asset Manager. Andrew J. also held positions as Vice President / Managing Director and Vice President, Facilities. At JPMorgan Chase, they ran data centers and critical systems for the company and led a team of facilities professionals.

Earlier in their career, Purdy worked as a Facilities Manager at the New York Board of Education.
