Chelsey Grimm

Chelsey Grimm, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of People Analytics & HR Strategic Initiatives at Burlington Stores, Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Chelsey was with Qurate Retail Group from March 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading teams in Workforce Analytics, Team Member Listening, Data Governance, and Workforce Transformation as Director of Workforce Analytics. Earlier experience encompasses a Senior Director position at Spring International, consulting for Fortune 500 clients on talent initiatives, as well as roles including Project Director and Research Assistant at The Matalia Group, Inc. Chelsey's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and German from Penn State University and an MBA in International Business from Arcadia University.
