Jon Swan

Jon Swan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles, currently serving as Senior Vice President of New Store Delivery & Market Strategy at Burlington Stores, Inc. Previously, Jon served as Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and held the position of Assistant Vice President at Native American Bank. Early in the career, Jon gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Jon holds dual degrees, an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and an MPP in Political and Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School, both completed between 2006 and 2009.
