Kara Martin

Kara Martin is an experienced retail professional with over a decade of leadership roles, currently serving as District Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. since June 2012, after progressing through various positions including Store Manager and Merchandise Manager. Prior to that, Kara held multiple roles at Ross Stores, Inc. from January 2007 to June 2012, starting as an Area Supervisor and advancing to Operations Manager. Additional experience includes a tenure as Area Manager at Toys R Us and a Customer Service Area Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores in early 2007. Kara holds a DAC degree from Apollo College, completed between 2003 and 2004.
