Karen Freedman

Karen Freedman has over 30 years of work experience in merchandising and operations. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of Merchandising Operations at Burlington Stores, Inc. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Bed Bath & Beyond, including Vice President of Merchandise Operations, Director of Planning and Allocation - Merchandise Information Operations, Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation - Merchandise Information Operations, Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation - Hard Side, and Manager of Planning and Allocation. Before joining Bed Bath & Beyond, Karen worked at Caldor as the Director of Planning and Replenishment, Manager of Planning and Replenishment, Planner, and Merchandise Distribution Analyst.

Karen Freedman attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
