Karen Leu

Karen Leu has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Karen began their career at Latham & Watkins as a Corporate Associate in 1998. Karen then joined Tyco in 2004 as an Assistant General Counsel, handling Treasury matters. In 2005, they moved to Avon as a VP, Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, where they remained until 2016. At Avon, they held the position of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. From 2016 to 2017, Karen worked at The Avon Company as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Karen is currently serving as the SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Burlington Stores, Inc. starting in November 2017.

Karen Leu has a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude degree from New York University School of Law. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), magna cum laude degree in International Economics from Georgetown University. Additionally, they have studied International Business and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
