Mary Ann Tocio

Ms. Tocio joined our Board of Directors in December 2015 and currently serves as Chair of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of our Compensation Committee. She retired from Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc., an employer-sponsored child care provider, in July 2015 after 23 years with that company, most recently as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Bright Horizons, Ms. Tocio held several positions with Wellesley Medical Management, Inc. (Health Stop), including Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms. Tocio is a member of the board of directors of Bright Horizons and is a Governing Trustee of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Ms. Tocio was a member of the board of directors of Mac-Gray Corporation from 2006 to 2013 and a member of the board of directors of Civitas Solutions from 2015 to 2019. Ms. Tocio has significant leadership and operational experience, including expertise managing growing organizations, as well as substantial public company board experience.
