Matthew Vondette

Matthew VonDette, CPA, CEP, has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards at Burlington Stores, Inc. Previously, Matthew held leadership roles at Western Alliance Bank as the Total Rewards Leader, Alorica as Vice President and Head of Total Rewards, and Office Depot as Senior Director of both Total Rewards and Executive Compensation & Global Benefits. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Plymouth State University between 1996 and 2000 and has further education from Northeastern University.
