Michael Hedegaard Lyng

Michael Hedegaard Lyng has extensive experience in leadership and governance, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee at BWSC since February 2011. In addition, Michael holds prominent positions such as Chairman of the Board and Owner at Jane Kønig, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors at Mesco Denmark A/S and Elektro-Isola. Michael is also the owner of Nicolaj Bo™, specializing in high-end bespoke kitchens and furniture. Previous roles include President & CEO at NKT and Chairman of the Board at Sengetid.dk until its acquisition by Lars Larsen Group. Michael's academic credentials include an EMBA and Advanced Executive Development Program from IMD, along with degrees from Copenhagen Business School in Business Administration and Management Accounting.
