Kelvin Ontumbi

Kelvin Ontumbi is a highly skilled telecommunications and network engineering professional with extensive experience in network operations and support. Currently serving as the Lead NoC Engineer at BURN since March 2025, Kelvin excels in overseeing network operations and leading a team. Prior to this role, Kelvin worked at Guidewheel as a Network Systems Monitoring Engineer, providing technical support, device monitoring, and system setups. Previous positions include Lead NOC Engineer at BRCK, where management of a small team and project coordination were key responsibilities, and roles at Surf Kenya and EveryLayer focused on network design and optimization. Kelvin's journey began with internships that provided foundational knowledge in networking and telecommunications. A graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Information Engineering.
