Otto Helberg has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Otto began their career in 2008 as a Deckhand in the Superyacht Industry, where they were responsible for equipment operation, training, and maintenance. In 2014, they became the Media Manager at Pastor's Coach, where they were responsible for product development, facilitating coaching workshops, and creating content. In 2015, they were the Manager at Simple Sam Bicycles USA, where they were responsible for all social media activities, creating and implementing business plans, and creating content for marketing campaigns. In 2016, they became a Producer at Star Gazer Media, where they were the director of photography, editor, and assistant script writer. In 2017, they became a Relationship Manager at Heartland Payment Systems, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business. Lastly, in 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at BurnAlong, where they worked with companies, insurers, and partners to help people achieve their health goals.

Otto Helberg earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Law from the same university from 2003 to 2005.
