Taiwo Julius

Taiwo (Joe) Julius Prosci, CPHR, SPHR-i, ACIPM, is an experienced professional in organizational change management, currently serving as Manager of Organizational Change Management at Burnbrae Farms since February 2022, focusing on SAP implementation. Previous roles include Senior Change Management Consultant at Sun Life and Change Management Specialist at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, where Taiwo contributed to the implementation of a new Enterprise System and Document Management System. With a strong background in organizational change, Taiwo has held positions such as Organizational Change Manager at Thami Wales Canada Inc., and HR/Organizational Change Management Lead at Halogen Security. Early career experience includes roles at DCSL Corporate Services Ltd., Gamla Group, Unilever, and Silverbird Group. Taiwo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University and is an alumnus of Ivey Business School at Western University.
