Paola Exposito Diaz Delgado

Paola Exposito Diaz Delgado is an accomplished professional in the field of sports coaching and social work, currently serving as a Senior Assistant Coach at Burning Tree Country Club since September 2022. Previous roles include Assistant Tennis Coach positions at The Shore and Country Club and Courtsense, as well as a Social Work Intern at Richmond Residential Services, Inc. Paola is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of the Cumberlands, expected to complete in May 2025. Paola holds a Master’s degree in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution, further complemented by studies in Coaching and Psychology of High Performance at Unisport Management School.
