Rick Galloway

Rick Galloway is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Engineering Specialist at Burns Engineering, Inc. since April 2020. In this role, Rick focuses on the deployment of ACSES technology for the Northeast Corridor Railroads to meet FRA mandate requirements for Positive Train Control (PTC), aiming to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Rick held the position of Lead System Integrator at BOMBARDIER from January 2011 to March 2020, where responsibilities included integrating ACSES II technology for Metro-North Railroad and supporting LIRR's implementation. Rick's earlier experience at Ansaldo STS spanned from July 2000 to December 2010, serving as a Project/Systems Engineer on passenger rail projects and previously as a Software Engineer. Rick Galloway holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Point Park University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University.
