Don Kim

Don is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing, consumer, and pharmaceutical industries.

Don joined UroGen in 2021, serving as VP of Finance before taking on the role of CFO. Prior to joining UroGen, Don was Head of Finance and a member of the board of directors at Strides Pharma Inc., where he was responsible for raising over $100 million in capital to support advancing the company’s mission, including multiple M&A activities.

Earlier in his career, Don was Controller at Sun Pharma Inc., US Controller at Zoetis Inc., and Audit/Assurance Manager at Deloitte, NY. Don holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University in Korea, and he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
