Carlos Rodriguez is a highly experienced electrical designer with a diverse background in engineering and design roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Electrical Designer at Burns & McDonnell since October 2025, Carlos has previously held several prestigious positions including Regional Design Manager and Central Region Design Lead EIC at Campos EPC, as well as Senior Electrical Designer at Johnson Service Group, Inc. and Senior Cadd Technician at Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc. Carlos's career began with foundational roles such as Structural Draftsman and Draftsperson, progressing from technical support roles to leadership in electrical design. Academic achievements include an Associate of Science degree from Moraine Valley Community College and a High School Diploma from Hubbard High School.
