Rich Mahaley is the Vice President and General Manager of the Orlando office of Burns & McDonnell. Rich has been with the company for over 25 years, starting as an Electrical & Controls Department Manager in 2007. In 2012, they were promoted to Process & Industrial Global Practice Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic business plans in alignment with corporate goals and presenting them to the Board of Directors. Rich also guided, directed, and mentored the managers of the Global Practice engineering, accounting, human resources, information technology, and administration departments. In 2013, they were promoted to CEO & Director of Burns & McDonnell Engineering India. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategic business plans in alignment with corporate goals and presenting them to the Board of Directors. Rich also built dynamic teams that together created an open, collaborative, and trusted work environment.

Rich Mahaley has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Kansas in the field of finance and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Florida in electrical and electronics engineering. Rich is also certified from Professional Engineering.
