Anthony C. Sunseri

Anthony C. Sunseri represents long-term care facilities, hospitals, and medical professionals in malpractice claims, and counsels his clients in risk management, contract negotiations, and non-compete agreements. He also has extensive experience representing healthcare professionals in matters involving state boards of medicine and other licensing issues in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Mr. Sunseri has significant experience litigating employment-related matters, employment-related class action, and products liability cases involving allegations of design defects and failure to warn on behalf of manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. He also represents design and construction professionals in professional liability claims.

Mr. Sunseri is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
