Nicholas D. McGuire

Nicholas D. McGuire is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare Group, focusing his practice on representing hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals and entities with medical malpractice claims.

Prior to joining Burns White, Mr. McGuire was a Corporate Compliance Analyst for a large healthcare provider where he negotiated terms of physician’s consulting agreements, conducted reviews of physicians’ mandatory disclosures of outside financial interests, and created educational materials.

Mr. McGuire received his J.D. and his Health Law Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
