Sam Clark

Prior to this role, Sam served as a Partner at Holsinger, Clark & Armstrong, P.C. from February 2015 to May 2024, and held the position of Regional Counsel at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection from February 2013 to January 2015. Sam's legal career began at Holsinger, Clark & Armstrong, P.C. where services were rendered as an Attorney from 1998 until February 2013. Sam Clark obtained a JD in Law from Widener University Commonwealth Law School between 1995 and 1998 and completed a degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993.
