Bjørn Leth Erichsen

Bjørn Leth Erichsen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sixtus Compliance. Bjørn has over 15 years of experience in Legal Compliance, HR, and Data Privacy & Protection.

Bjørn has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen and a Master’s in Law from Georgetown University. Bjørn is a member of the Danish Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Bjørn has worked in various compliance-related roles for companies such as Wise Consulting ApS, Sitecore, and Grutt Holding ApS. In their previous role as Legal Compliance Officer for Sitecore, they were responsible for managing the company’s global compliance program, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting training and audits, and managing legal entities in multiple countries. Bjørn also has experience managing insurance portfolios, drafting transborder data agreements, and overseeing security compliance.

In their current role at Sixtus Compliance, Bjørn provides compliance advice and solutions to major international corporations. Bjørn is also responsible for developing and delivering compliance training programs on topics such as anti-bribery, anti-trust, and discrimination.

Bjørn Leth Erichsen has an Executive MBA from IMD, as well as certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E). Bjørn also has an AMC - Advanced Management Concepts from IMD, and a FBL - Foundations For Business Leadership from IMD. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Business Administration and Business Law from Aalborg University, and a High School diploma in Maskinkonstruktion from HTX Herning. Bjørn also attended boarding school at Staby Efterskole.
