Aditi Kulkarni

Aditi is a sustainability consultant based in Mumbai office. She joined Buro Happold in 2022. With over 15 years of experience, Aditi spearheads multiple projects in Carbon (GHG) accounting and reduction strategies, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Climate Change risk mitigation, Green financing, and non-financial disclosures and sustainability frameworks.

In her role, she works with leading Indian and international clients to deliver successful policies, strategies and ESG disclosures across sectors including banking, retail, energy, urban infrastructure, and pharmaceutical.

She streamlines systems and processes to align them with various regulatory requirements of government and multilateral financial institutions as well as institutional investors in ESG domain for corporates facilitating change management.

In addition to this, she also has experience working in corporate philanthropy by means of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and drove multiple projects in the field of environment protection, education, healthcare and skill development in her previous roles before Buro Happold.

Aditi holds a Master of Technology in Environmental Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
